May 17, 2026We worked with Ameen at Narratio, which runs an annual storytelling fellowship with the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Ameen was the artist in residence for the past two summers, and led two feature performances at the Metropolitan Museum’s Temple of Dendur and the André Mertens Galleries for Musical Instruments. The performances were our best over the past seven years, and it was a privilege working with Ameen, from ideation to execution.
Hired as: Multi-Instrumentalist, One Man Band

May 14, 2026Ameen's concert was the most impactful component of a three day conference I organized last summer. The audience was international, and they connected so profoundly to the artist's story and music that they still speak of it every time we meet, a year later. I can't say enough about this musician's exceptional musical talent combined with his ability to impact an audience with his story and passion.
