The Contingency is an acoustic band playing country, bluegrass, blues, folk and rock covers and the odd original too!

We've been playing venues around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland since 2017.

Guitar, mandolin, fiddle and harmonica are our core instruments but sometimes you'll find we have a friendly drummer or bassist too!

We love harmonies and songs that tell a story.
