Charles Wayne Bass is a motivational and leadership speaker, educator, and author who uses powerful storytelling to help audiences develop resilience, communication skills, and a growth mindset.
He is the author of two completed books currently being prepared for publication, with additional writing projects in development. Through his writing and presentations, Wayne shares lessons on overcoming challenges, learning from setbacks, and turning difficult experiences into opportunities for growth.
Whether speaking to schools, businesses, leadership groups, or community organizations; Charles combines humor, real-life experiences, and practical strategies to inspire audiences to take action.

Wayne’s presentations are flexible and can be delivered with or without visual aids. If available, a screen and projector (or monitor) for PowerPoint slides are appreciated but not required. A microphone is helpful for larger audiences; however, Wayne is comfortable speaking without one when the room allows. Overall, his presentations require minimal technical setup.
