The Castros

We'll bring everything you need for the event to be a success. Sound system, instruments, and a great show. We usually arrive around 2 hours before showtime to set up and sound check. Let us know if you have any questions

Hailing from the heart of the Midwest, The Castros have been making waves regionally and internationally with their heartfelt dreamy folky tunes.
They have an array of original and cover songs, plus they may be able to customize almost any song according to your needs i.e your wedding song or special event song. We can also do songs in other languages like Spanish.

Their music fluctuates between haunting and deep emotional pieces like "My Dear" or "Forgive Me", and catchy & happy tunes like "Pumpkin Pie" and "Secret Song".
Marco is from Costa Rica and has been influenced by everything from heavy music to latin rhythms; Sara grew up in Ohio listening to classic rock and folk music. It's no wonder how this collapse of influences and cultural conversation makes them want to push envelopes and evolve their sound. They even have songs in Spanglish, and were dubbed as "The Oh Hellos meet boygenius" by the Kentucky Music Preview.

The Castros aim to craft their songs with honesty and passion, hoping they will be meaningful for anybody that will take the time to listen.
