Chris was awesome! He performed at my mothers 80th birthday party. We had 40 guests ranging in age from 22-85. He provided a fantastic array of classic and pop hits with that beautiful acoustic sound which was just perfect; more than just background music but, not too obtrusive. Lots of guests commented that they loved the music. I plan to use Chris again as the need arises!
Great entertainment! He even spent the time to learn a few new songs just for our event. Super nice and pleasant to work with. He really made our family event over the top.Highly recommended!!!

I commissioned Chris to write a song for me to present to my wife for her birthday. After working closely with me to get the right emotions and sentiments into the lyrics, he wrote the most beautiful and touching song, which he performed live for us over dinner (as another surprise for her birthday). Everyone that has heard it agrees that it sounds like something you'd hear on the radio from a Top 40 artist! Chris's voice is exactly what I was hoping to find for this song. Clear, confident, and emotional. The whole experience was a pleasure, and it really was nothing short of perfect.
We'll seriously cherish the song as a monument to our relationship for the rest of our lives. Chris worked with me diligently to ensure it was perfect. I believe he truly cared, which is what I think made all the difference. He is talented and thoughtful, and so easy to work with.

Chris Hannigan is a nationally touring singer/songwriter from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His new record is due out in Spring of 2018.
In 2017, he won Winner of 2017 Acoustic Challenge in Pittsburgh, chosen among 44 other talented local songwriters.
In 2014, a pivotal year, he toured across the midwest and east coast with Nashville's Cordovas, performing 40 shows in 60 days. Pulling double duty, he performed an opening set of his original music, then switched gears and sang harmonies and strummed his Alvarez acoustic.
Today, he's playing shows locally, working on his new record, and working on living the good life.
