Our professional staff is ready to meet your every need, equipped with their own tools for proper table service including bartending, food preparation and plating. We set up formal tables, buffet stations, cocktail and dessert bars. We maintain clearing and restocking during event and stay for break down and clean up. Our dress is with accordance to your event, full tuxedos with black or white shirts, polo's black or white with dress pants or shorts in black or khaki.
After 23 years of knowledge and experience from serving guest to event decorating and coordinating in both A la Cart restaurants and white glove style caters, I decided to do what I love most, which is at home entertaining services. I am an award winning mixologist and ServSafe certified for the handling of food properly. I have quite the reputation for my organizing and cleaning skills.
