Overview
Bullied at the age of 13, my dad enrolled me in martial arts to learn self-defense. Not only did I earn a black belt, I discovered the Black Belt Excellence I was taught as a martial artist also allowed me to excel as a leader. While every student who came through my schools did not earn a black belt in martial arts, they all learned valuable leadership skills that empowered them to lead themselves and others better. Today, as a 2X martial arts hall of fame Inductee, I am teaching these Black Belt leadership skills to others. Not everyone can be a black belt in martial arts, but anyone can become a Black Belt Leader in Life. You too can be a Black Belt Leader, and I can show you how.

A 3X Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee, I bring martial arts mastery to business, helping individuals and organizations become Black Belt Masters of their chosen Art, profession, or trade, creating high-performance teams in the process.
I am also the founder of The MORE Score, a human intelligence methodology that helps people understand how they are hard-wired for success. In addition, I am a certified leadership and communication speaker, trainer, and coach and currently serve as a Peer Teaching Partner with Maxwell Leadership and a DISC-certified Human Behavior Consultant.
I've been a Success Coach to the martial arts and financial services world for more than 3 decades, and now bring these same Success principles to a broader audience who want to know how to experience MORE Success in their personal and professional lives.
