We’re The AC Project, a Toronto-based group of professional musicians who’ve spent decades performing across Canada, the US, and Asia. Known for our smooth harmonies, live sax, and feel-good energy, we bring the perfect mix of nostalgia and modern flair to every celebration.

Whether it’s a romantic wedding, a lively corporate party, or an intimate private event, we tailor every performance to fit your crowd and your story. Our lineup ranges from a 6-piece core band to an 11-piece show band with horns, percussion, and multiple vocalists, all passionate about helping you create the perfect live music moments worthy of remembering.

At the heart of it all, we believe great music doesn’t just fill a room, it should feel personal and tell a story. That’s why we don’t do cookie-cutter or generic setlists. Every show is uniquely crafted for the people in front of us.

To help us create the best experience for you and your guests, here are a few helpful things to know ahead of your event that can also support your live music planning:

• Performance space: Preferably at least 16 ft (W) x 12 ft (D) for our 6-piece core band. In certain venues, we can adjust to 16 ft x 8 ft if needed, but this is the smallest space we can comfortably perform in while maintaining quality and presence. Larger setups (7–11 pcs) may require additional space.
• Power: Access to at least two separate 15-amp circuits near the performance area.
• Sound system: A full event-grade setup and professional audio technician can be added to your package. If your venue already has an in-house setup, we’re happy to coordinate and use it instead.
• Lighting: Basic stage lighting provided; additional lighting can be arranged upon request.
• Setup time: Minimum of 90 minutes required for load-in, soundcheck, and setup before guests arrive.
• Teardown: Approximately 60 minutes after the final set.
• Vendor meal: A meal is typically required, as our team arrives early for setup and soundcheck and remains onsite through the performance. However, for quick “plug-and-play” sets where we are only required to be onsite only during performance time, meals can be optional.
• Travel: We’re proudly based in Toronto and happily travel anywhere within the GTA at no extra cost. For events outside the area, a travel fee may apply depending on distance.
• Attire: Themed or formal attire is always included to match your event style or color palette.
