Acoustic performances of folk rock classics, grunge era rock, and original music. Songs include hits from artists such as, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Chris Cornell, Marshall Tucker Band, Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots and many others as well as some original music. I also use a looper pedal to enable me to play lead guitar parts during the song and I also use other various pedals to change the tone of the songs to make the experience more interesting and entertaining.

First of all the music was amazing! Mike and his band are extremely talented musicians.
Other stuff we loved..
Mike is a true professional. He came to meet with us in person us prior to the event to go over all of the details. He asked us exactly what we wanted, was open to all requests, had some great ideas based on what we were talking about- we could tell he really cared. We had an obscure song request, and he made sure that his band learned it for the event.
They hit it out of the park!
He also 'read the room' very well during the event.. truly experienced. Mike was always prompt, available to us, and very kind! We couldn't have asked for more, and are happy to give Mike and his band our whole-hearted endorsement!

I live in the Hudson Valley NY and typically perform in the surrounding area and also Connecticut and NJ. I love playing and writing music and play in several bands currently. I play as a solo acoustic act but also as a guitarist in the following bands, Charge the Mound (90s grunge and alt covers), November Reign (as Slash in a Guns N Roses tribute band) and Modern Fictions (Original rock band). My major influences come from the grunge rock era including many well known artists such as Chris Cornell, Layne Staley, Eddy Vedder, Jerry Cantrell, Slash, and many others. I also love many folk artists such as Neil Young and Tom Petty. I also love some of the southern rock bands like Marshal Tucker and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
I will bring a Portable PA, Guitar, Effect pedal board, Mic stand/mic and chords. I will need access to power outlets near the performance area.
