The perfect band!!!!

I attended a wedding show in January 2014, where I first heard Texas Heatwave Band. They sounded awesome and they were so energetic!

I won a contest at that show and was thrilled when I discovered that Texas Heatwave Band was a participant in that contest and would be performing at my reception!

Beforehand, they met with me and were SO helpful in music selection. They can play ANYTHING! The fact that they have male and female singers makes them able to cover many, many artists. We had Motown, Country, Pop, 80's......just about everything!

At the reception, they were so energetic and engaging! My guests are still talking about them!

I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a wide variety of music and if you want to be able to enjoy a worry free experience! These guys are extremely professional!

Wonderful experience. Perfect wedding band.

Having The Texas Heatwave Band play at our reception is one of, if not the best, decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding! Bryan was so wonderful to work with and it was easy to tell that the band was truly concerned with making our reception a memorable experience for us. They even took the time to learn our first dance song! As an avid country music lover, I was ecstatic to have a fiddle in the band and felt that it really added something special to the night. During the reception, they played a wide variety of music that got everyone up and dancing (even my husband's 88 year-old grandfather!). The dance floor was packed up until the last second, and it was one of the best/most fun nights of my life. I seriously cannot sing their praises enough, they were amazing! If you're considering hiring Texas Heatwave band...do it.

Entertaining, Classy, High-Energy Wedding Band

Texas Heatwave Band played for our wedding in May and were fantastic! Not only were they entertaining and sounded great, they were professional and accomodating and always reminded me how excited they were to play for us. They played music from all eras which appealed to nearly all age groups, and built up the sound gradually as the night progressed. It's always a good sign when kids under 10 and grandparents over 80 are dancing! The greatest part about these guys, is they were open to playing just about anything. I had a list of probably 20 songs or so that were not in their routine playlist, and they took the time to learn some of my favorites, i.e. Wild Horses, Girls Just Want to Have Fun, Wagon Wheel, etc. I would highly recommend them for a wedding reception or work event. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls, so don't hesistate to contact them. Thanks, Texas Heatwave, for making our night so fun!

Fantastic experience for a great price!!!

Me in the Middle was the answer to our reception prayers! My fiance (at the time) and I decided on a very short engagement, and the band was perfectly willing to work with us despite the difficult timing. Brian (the lead guy) was more than willing to have all discussions over the phone regarding logistics and was extremely laid back about the contract details. The most memorable thing about the band was that they wanted to make the experience as easy as possible on the bride/groom and the families. They set up when we wanted them to, were easy going about accommodations, and were so attentive to ours wants/needs. Additionally, the band was willing to learn 4 new songs for our wedding (with only 6 weeks notice or so)! They learned the first dance song, father/daughter song, mother/son song, and another song by Chicago. It was great! Also, we had a wide variety of people at the wedding (which is common I am sure), and the band was able to keep everyone entertained.

All in all, best experience we could have asked for and at a very affordable price!

What to expect

Texas Heatwave specializes in making your event the one that your guests will talk about for years to come. We enjoy getting to know your guests and getting them involved. In fact, you are as likely to see us singing and playing on the dance floor as on the stage. We bring professional lights and sound but never play too loud. We can, however, turn it up when the heat is on! We also have a set of dinner music, so if you are planning on a formal dinner service, we can provide a musical ambiance that will still entertain, but not overwhelm your guests – after that, get ready to PARTY!
