Teri is an amazing host and did such an amazing job providing a beautiful tea time experience! The event was lovely and very enjoyable with all the decor and teapots! It was such a wonderful and fun time!

We provide everything: a beautifully styled tea table, vintage-inspired dresses and accessories, engaging crafts, storytelling, and a delightful fashion show. Our team handles setup, hosting, and cleanup, allowing parents and planners to relax while we enchant your guests. After a seven-year pause, Teri’s Tea Time is back—bringing timeless elegance, creativity, and joy to birthdays, family events, and special celebrations across Los Angeles.

I’m Teri, the heart behind Teri’s Tea Time, a dress‑up tea party experience designed with elegance and imagination. My passion for creating memorable celebrations began in 1999, inspired by over 30 years of working closely with children and families. With a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Education/Resource Specialist, I bring a thoughtful, professional touch to every event.
After a seven-year pause, I am delighted to relaunch Teri’s Tea Time, curating refined, imaginative gatherings where every detail is designed to enchant. Technical & Setup Requirements for Teri’s Tea Time
Space: A clean, flat indoor or covered outdoor area of at least 12x12 feet to comfortably set up the tea party area and activity stations.
Tables & Chairs: I typically use existing furniture in your home or event space. Please provide a standard table and seating for up to 10 children and accompanying adults.
Power: Access to one standard electrical outlet for optional lighting or music (not mandatory).
Lighting: Well-lit space preferred; natural light or soft indoor lighting works best. No special stage lighting needed.
Sound: Background music can be provided via portable Bluetooth speaker (I bring my own), but no professional sound system required.
Setup & Breakdown: Requires approximately 45 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown. Please ensure event schedule allows this time.
Parking & Access: Convenient parking and easy load-in/load-out access is appreciated.
If you have any specific venue restrictions or questions, I’m happy to coordinate to ensure a seamless event.

I create experiences that gently teach children the grace and manners of tea time, such as polite conversation and thoughtful hosting, while encouraging playful creativity and fun. Drawing on my background in psychology and education, each event nurtures social skills, confidence, and a love for refined traditions, all wrapped in a magical, lighthearted atmosphere.
