Ramon was an important partner in bringing the Sysco Perks experience to life. The work required coordinating multiple locations, vendors, logistics and details while maintaining a consistent experience from one activation to the next. Ramon brought strong organization, creative problem solving and the ability to adjust quickly when circumstances changed. He understands that successful events require both what the guest sees and everything happening behind the scenes to make the experience work.

September 15, 2026A Memorable 4th Birthday Thanks to Ramon!
This Old Lady helped with my son's 4th birthday and made everything SO much easier. Ramon listened to what we wanted, had great ideas and helped us create something that was fun for the kids without making the adults crazy 😂. He thought about details I never would have thought about and kept everything organized. My son had an amazing birthday, the kids had a blast, and I actually got to enjoy the party. I would definitely call Ramon again!

Ramon is absolutely amazing to work with. He helped me plan a small welcome back celebration for a friend. I wanted it to be unique, intimate and all about her. He listened to the things I said, and created a fun and unique party that celebrated my friend. Everything was perfection. It was easy. It was a huge load removed from me and he brought together my vision. He even added little give aways that celebrated our friendship. You will be glad you said yes to using Ramon. I had the pleasure of working with Ramon during Blackweek 2024 and 2025, which is a fast-paced, high-pressure live event with a lot of moving parts. Ramon is exactly the kind of person you want on your team in that environment.
He managed our VIP and talent experiences with professionalism, flexibility, and a genuine ability to connect with people. He understands how to anticipate what needs to happen, problem-solve in real time, and stay calm and focused even when things are shifting behind the scenes.

I've had Ramon handle several Super Bowl parties and fight nights for me over the years, and there's a reason I keep calling him. He knows how to do it right. Good food, good drinks, the right setup and all the details handled so I can sit back and enjoy my own people. Ramon pays attention. He knows when to add something that makes the night better and when to leave well enough alone. Everything doesn't have to be over the top to be first class. Whether it's the game, a fight, some good whiskey and cigars, I know I can call Ramon and it's going to be taken care of. April 18 2026 is the most resent Birthday Party he's done for me.
