I provide keynote speaking, workshops, and breakout sessions. I am available in-person and virtual events. My topics including helping high achieving professionals in any field overcome their mental barriers to achieve their full potential. High achieving professionals often struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and other mental barriers that can provide barriers for success. I provide effective strategies to overcome these mental barriers.

Another topic I provide is helping professionals who work with trauma minimize secondary trauma. These professionals could be in healthcare, ministry, probation, child and family welfare, mental health providers, or other providers who work with trauma. By teaching these professionals effective skills to prevent secondary trauma, we can prevent burnout and compassion fatigue, leading professionals to happier, more fulfilling careers and personal lives and helping employers increase staff retention and productivity.

As an experienced leader, entrepreneur, and mental health providers, my topics and speaking style is engaging, down to earth, and relatable. My goal is to work seamlessly with the event planner to make the event go as smoothly as possible.

Meet Teonna
Teonna Wilber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Professional Speaker, Entrepreneur, and proven Leader with over 25 years of experience helping individuals overcome obstacles to achieve their personal and professional goals. She specializes in working with high-achieving professionals who find themselves held back by internal barriers such as self-doubt, overwhelm, and fear of failure. Through her counseling, coaching, and speaking, Teonna empowers driven individuals to break through mental roadblocks and unlock their full career potential.

Known for her practical strategies and compassionate approach, Teonna has guided countless professionals toward greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. Her work blends deep clinical experience with results-driven focus, equipping her clients and audiences with tools they can immediately apply to create meaningful change. Whether in one-on-one sessions, workshops, or keynote presentations, Teonna’s mission is to help people move forward beyond limitations and step boldly into authentic success.

Teonna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purdue University in 2000 and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the prestigious Valparaiso University in 2006. She has been in leadership roles for over 30 years in several industries. Drawing on her entrepreneurial spirit, Teonna has launched multiple businesses dedicated to helping others achieve their full-potential. Teonna has taught the skills to achieve goals to all ages through paid professional positions as well as volunteer positions. Teonna has coached professionals in high level positions towards success as well as young entrepreneurial girls achieving high awards in Girl Scouts.

In her free time, Teonna enjoys cooking, spending time with her daughters, exercising, and traveling to explore new places. She studied abroad in college, living with a family in Spain. Her travel goals include visiting every state in the USA, and enjoying some all-inclusives in tropical destinations. She also loves her dog Scooby and the nightly walks with him. Despite her objections to owning more cats, her Siamese cat Marley Moose has won a place in her heart and often lays on her keyboard while she is trying to work.
