Ted Hefko's New Orleans Band consists of myself on vocals, sax, electric guitar, & clarinet along with electric guitar, bass, keyboard and drums/vocals with the addition of horns for larger events.

Ted Hefko's New Orleans Band has performed at well over one hundred events of all shapes and sizes. We are professional, easy to work with and ready for the unexpected. From solo acoustic guitar to jazz trios to a full size New Orleans Rhythm and Blues Band for dancing, groovin' and outdoor festival performances we aim to please. I sing and play sax, guitar, even clarinet and classical flute. I always bring together the best New Orleans talent I can muster. Our regular line-up features myself along with lead guitar, keys, bass and drums. We are always happy to add a female singer or a full horn section to add to the excitement.
I moved to New Orleans when I was eighteen years old and I've never looked back. I started writing songs in elementary school and picked up sax and guitar when I was about twelve. Over the years, I've played just about every style of music, but for me it all goes back to the blues. Some of my favorite artists are Dr. John, Bob Dylan, Frank Sinatra, Waylon Jennings, Howlin Wolf, Louis Armstrong and Van Morrison. I've been leading band for many years and I'm always happy to take on new challenges and I'll do my best to put together the perfect music for your event.
