Very inspirational! Highly recommend!

We asked Tom to speak to our whole staff at our summer BBQ about how to take bad situations and make them better. He shared a a couple hysterical stories about travel and starting a business and brought the whole thing together perfectly. Months later the team still uses some of his terminology about "The Van" to pick each other up on difficult days. Can't recommend this enough. Worth every penny.

What to expect

WHAT I LIKE TO SPEAK ABOUT

Lessons about applying healthy perspective:
I am always amazed at how an experience is never really about the experience... it is about the mindset that you bring to your experience. I use this story about a family trip consisting of 7 people crammed into in a passenger van to talk about how we all individually control our life experiences from the inside out. We can make the good times bad, but more importantly we can make the bad times good!

My cool experiences and what I have learned along the way:
I like relaying my life experiences and adventures into relate-able stories to help the audience learn about something they would not have otherwise experienced on their own. I have translated my experiences at Burning Man into a 45 minute presentation on being a better person in life and at work.

Stories and lessons form great people I've met:
I love getting to know people and getting to know what makes them tick. I use my exchanges with people from my life and work to help color my perspective about the world around me. In my speaking engagements, I pass along a lot of life lessons I have learned along the way from the great people I have met and interviewed.
