Sun V Set is a Richmond-based folk singer-songwriter that has both an ethereal sound and a grounded nostalgia reminiscent of 70s folk. A genre I call “mystical and meandering folk”, my sound is characterized by dreamy vocals singing lilting melodies over rhythmic acoustic guitar. The result is pleasant music that is distinct and captivating while still very accessible to the average listener. Much of my music is about nature through a magical/fantasy perspective. Family friendly, kids love me :)
