Summer of '77

High energy, expertly crafted classic rock hits of the 70's including Fleetwood Mac, Bad Company, Journey, Linda Ronstadt, Elton John, Led Zeppelin, and more. If your event requires a more toned down atmosphere, we adapt our sound using acoustic instruments and lower volume. We are veteran performing musicians and we know how to adapt to the dynamics of sometimes unpredictable situations. The band members combined have played close to 3000 events of all different kinds during our careers and we guarantee a successful event.

Summer of '77 was formed in Birmingham, Alabama by already seasoned music professionals Ben Trexel, Autumn Yatabe, Daniel Coyle, Ken Gilmer, Amanda Willis-Brice and Brian Jones. Originally started as an original music venture, the band quickly recognized the shared love of and ability to play and perform the music of the FM radio of the 1970's. The band has perfected a highly curated songlist of the absolute best from this era including Fleetwood Mac, Foreigner, Bad Company, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, Linda Ronstadt and more. We are available for events, corporate functions, festivals, and parties. We can perform our full, high energy show, or back it down a few notches for lower volume and lower energy functions.
