Some of the most common and best known Irish tunes played by Stu Ryan O'Brien include: "Whisky in the Jar", "Molly Malone", "The Wild Rover", "The Star of the County Down", "Finnegan's Wake"," The Night Patty Murphy Died", "The Fields of Athenry", "The Irish Rover","The Ferryman ", "The Parting Glass" and many more. Of course there's the Irish American traditionals like "When Irish Eyes are Smiling", "My Wild Irish Rose", "Danny Boy" and "Too Ra Loo". Novelty tunes like "The Scotsman", "Seven Drunken Nights" and " Seven Old ladies Locked in the Lavatory" are a regular part of the fun.
