About
Lee "Stovetop" Stover is an independent hip-hop artist and DJ who resides in Northwest Iowa. He found a passion for performing at a young age and as he attended Northwestern College (Iowa) was encouraged to write and perform. This encouragement led to co-founding S&E Entertainment, a DJ company that services the upper Midwest, after graduation. Since 2010 S&E Entertainment has entertained thousands over hundreds of events and is showing no signs of slowing down. He seeks to use music, especially hip-hop, to spread joy and hope through Jesus in a world that seems to misplace these all too easily. Since 2011 he has released three mixtapes, "The Experiment Mixtape," "The Prequel," and most recently "Tunes" as well as many singles. With over 30,000 plays and 1,500 downloads on his SoundCloud profile, Stovetop is a rising artist on the Northwest IA music scene. The first half of his newest two-part project, Work In Progress, is coming soon.
