To ensure smooth service, please review the following requirements:

For Bartending Services:
A designated area for bar setup, preferably near a water source and power outlet when available
Access to refrigeration or coolers to keep beverages chilled
If a portable bar is available on-site, please let us know in advance
Clients are responsible for providing alcohol and any required permits

For Waitstaff and Event Staffing:
A small staging area for staff belongings and breaks
Clear event timelines to coordinate service and cleanup efficiently

General Requirements:
Convenient parking or load-in access for staff and equipment
A point of contact on-site for coordination
Early access for setup, typically 1–2 hours before the event start time
