May 12, 2025Great Talent; Super Accommodating
He initiated communication as soon as we booked, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for. We held a high tea for a group aged 35-70 so I asked for soft pop/rock ballads whose melodies were familiar. It was perfect. I asked for him to play a little longer since we had people lingering and he did. Absolutely will use again for different events needing different genres.

Thank you Cara, great to work with you! This was an event very well suited for solo nylon string guitar. Since I have a very wide-ranging repertoire which encompasses pop, rock, blues, jazz, Brazilian, Latin, Classical etc, the repertoire requests were no problem and it was a pleasure to play for this event.

Insurance: $1,000,000 - i can get event specific insurance as needed but pass that cost on to the client so it needs to be discussed upfront. The typical cost is about $75
What to expect
For background music events I carefully attenuate the volume to so that the participants can hear and sense the music without it being too loud. They can converse comfortably with the music setting a great atmosphere for the event.
For events where the music is a primary focus like concerts and wedding ceremonies, I make sure that the sound is appropriately upfront and clear.
I always arrive early to set up and I provide my own sound equipment. When appropriate I use very transparent sounding amplification so the instrument still sounds acoustic but has more presence. I gladly work with clients on repertoire requests. I have an extensive repertoire after having performed for over 30 years. A song list is available upon request.
My and my colleagues appearance is always professional and appropriate to the event. Please see any attached performance videos.
