Sterling Clinton Spellman enjoys being an Educator, Speaker, Writer, Coach and Servant Driven Leader. She is the Director at an independent School, founder of SPICE Up Your Life, co-creator of the Dream Awake, Create your Vision Movement and co-owner of the Salad man and Juice Bar with her husband, Russell Spellman.

Sterling has a way with words that shakes and stirs your spirit. She knows exactly what your soul needs to hear at exactly the right time. Sterling’s journey through many challenges and attitude of never ever giving up has been one of the keys to her success. She has never allowed anyone to tell her she was not capable of accomplishing something because of her age, race or gender.

She has created workshops and seminars in teaching women, especially young women how to hone in on their God giving gifts and raise their self-esteem.
