Stephon "Professor S" Baker II

Im Stephon Baker II and I'm a Drummer/Percussionist. I have a digital studio where I also play digital/analog instruments such as drum machines and synthesizers. Iv been playing music since i was 6 years old (I'm 22 now) and Iv had a lot of experience in bands playing Covers, Pop, Funk, Soul, Rock, Indie, Country and just recently Blues. Im a student at Columbia College Chicago and Im double Majoring in Contemporary, Urban, and Pop/Audio Acoustics. Iv performed in places like Grand Ole Opry and Iv also played half time shows for Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma Thunder. My background consist of Drum Corps, Orchestral, Industrial Percussion, & Bands of different genres.

Usually you would see me perform on Drumset, and if need be for auxiliary in the music i play drum machine and synthesizer(I can play them mainly also if need be). Im 6'4" so i need a little extra room. But I'v been crammed before. Other times I'm on stage with other bugle style drummers playing an Ensemble type deal. You could think of Blast, Stomp, or Blue Man Group.
