Spoon & Friends was Founded in the Philadelphia area by Isaiah Weatherspoon, a professional drummer, and graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music. After years of professional music gigging and performance experience with accomplished artists and musical legends such as Justin Timberlake, James Poyser, Sister Sledge, and Laurin Talese, Isaiah Weatherspoon formed “Spoon & Friends" with other talented musicians who were also trained in premier music institutions such as University of the Arts, and Boyer School of Music. People from all over have enjoyed the music that has come out of this band collaboration. “Spoon & Friends” provides live music for an array of events ranging from banquets and weddings to corporate functions. Our job is to make you dance, help you enjoy all of your events' festivities, and to have a great time!
