Rayna speaks on two topics. One is to help the audience create a positive self concept. This includes different aspects of self-concept such as self-love and self-confidence and the reasons why they are so important. Rayna will empower participants to navigate society in a positive and confident manner.
The other topic is being a holistic leader. Holistic leaders encourage and support the mind, body and spirit of everyone they lead, including themselves.
