I am a freshman harpist at Berklee College of Music. I have been playing the harp for eight years and am available to play for weddings, parties, special gatherings, holidays, or just for nice background music.
Price Range: $200 1st hour; $100 each additional hour
Gig Length: 30 - 180 minutes
What to Expect
I am here to provide the exact ambiance you want- from popular music to romantic music. I am the missing piece to your parties and holiday events!
You can expect me to bring my own bench and music stand.
I started on the lap harp when I was ten the progressed to the Celtic harp, which I played from ages eleven to fifteen. I began Classical harp at age fourteen and trained largely in French Impressionism and some popular music. Currently I am in my first year at Berklee College of Music to study jazz harp and further my experience in other genres.
Additional Booking Notes
The harp is a very sensitive instrument, so stable ground is needed at all times (ex: no grass). If the event is outdoors, there must be mild weather and very little humidity (in observance that the strings break easily in extreme weather). The harp should not be placed in direct sunlight or by any heaters/air conditioners.
Also, please note that it is necessary for harpists to take ten minute breaks every half hour or so because of the weight of the harp.
