I made the right decision

Overall everything was great! The 3 young ladies arrived on time, got everything set up and did everything we expected. Were very good with guests and everyone loved having them bartend. Would absolutely use them and without hesitation. Their readiness and availability for questions was also very helpful. I tried to think of some improvement suggestions specific to the bartending but I just couldn’t really think of anything as the whole experience was great from the moment I inquired about their services. I hired all three ladies because I had an engagement party with just about 100 guests. Book with these ladies they are all wonderfully amazing.
I have already referred you to several people, one of which I think may of already called you. See you ladies in August.

What to expect

All Bartenders must strive to maintain a friendly and courteous atmosphere—regardless of how busy it may be.

Keep all Bar areas neat and clean.

Serve Guests promptly and efficiently while maintaining a genuine personable attitude.

We acknowledge every guest regardless of how busy we me be, assuring them we will be right with them in the events we get to busy.

• All Sidework and garnish preparation will be completed in full at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Always dress appropriately with shirts TUCKED IN.

• Aware and understand all operations of Bar equipment. Fully capable of changing beer kegs as well as sodas.

• Remember names and drink preferences to guest.

• Pay close attention to bar Guest needs when taking drink orders. Ask proper questions like: Dry, Straight up, On the rocks.

• Always use bar napkins or coasters when placing drinks.

• Ask bar Guests if they would like another drink

• Use a fresh glass/ cup for reorders, unless your Guest specifies otherwise.

• Knowledge of all cocktail recipes and appropriate garnishes accurately.

• We ensure to change bar napkins or coasters when they begin getting soaked under drinks.

• Know proper procedures to follow when a Guest is buying drinks for others at the bar. Always use Guest names.

• Replace any spilled or unsatisfactory drinks promptly.

• Do not allow one Guest to consume all of your time, especially if it’s very busy. Though we are tactful at all times.

• Treat all Guests equally regardless of tipping habits.

• Friendly and courteous to our fellow workers as you are to your Guests.

• Always follow these rules using good judgment and communication.

The object of providing excellent service is to take care of the all of guests at the event.

Personal Hygiene:

Will always be neat and clean at all times (especially hands and fingernails). Be well groomed with long hair pulled back and tied.

Fingers will never touch any part of the face or scalp during service.

Will wash hands with soap and warm water after coughing, sneezing, eating, or smoking.

There will be ABSOLUTELY no smoking or gum chewing at the Bar.

You must not wear jewelry or any objects that can easily fall off or get caught on something.

Before exiting the bathroom, we will wash our hands.

Will always be on-time.

Will always be polite, professional, tactful, confident and respectful of Guests and fellow vendors.

Will always have a positive and friendly, helpful attitude

Always Reading The Guests: We Anticipate and React to all the Guest’s needs at all times—exceeding their expectations.

Will always be helpful to fellow staff/management and most importantly the Guest.

Will provide as much information as the Guest needs or wants.

Think fast on our feet, are creative and flexible in solving problems.

Treat each type of customer accordingly to provide superb service

More Sanitary & Safety Guidelines:

Clean as we go. If there is a spillage, we will wipe it up IMMEDIATELY —not necessarily the person who did the spilling.

All dining ware (dishes, glasses, utensils) will be stored in clean containers, protected from pests, dust, or other contaminants.

Fingers will never touch any part of the dining ware where food or beverage can be transferred to a diner’s mouth.

All dining ware will be carried at the base, handle, or stem.

Glasses will be handled at the base or stem.

Pick up objects off the floor and wipe up spillage immediately.

Do not touch broken dishes or glasses. Use a napkin to pick up large pieces of glass and a broom with receptacle to clean up the rest.

Do not use a chipped or cracked piece of dining ware.

AGAIN, WE FOLLOW THESE RULES USING GOOD JUDGMENT AND COMMUNICATION.

THE OBJECTIVE OF PROVIDING EXCELLENT BAR SERVICE IS TO TAKE “CARE” OF ALL THE GUESTS AT THE EVENT— EXCEEDING ALL EXPECTATIONS!

Taina V. & Jay L. are both Florida natives of more than 25 years, they went to Edison Park elem. and grew up right here in Lee county, together they both have developed the same interest in mixology !
Samantha R. Recently moved from The Bronx NY, she arrived with experience from The Rum Bar on 47th st. & StrangeLove Bar NYC on 53rd St. Samantha Makes an excellent Bourbon Old Fashion, if your lucky and get her as your Barista be sure to try it.

Drawing from our Latin backgrounds, paired with our personal, detail-oriented style, we create original, cult-following cocktails that you won’t soon forget. We have worked our way up from Local Restaurants and Clubs to the hottest craft cocktail bars in NYC all the way to SWFL.
