Hi my name is Marquez, I always loved culinary and cooking food. My first cooking job was Firefly on Panama City Beach , Fl under the Great Chef Paul. I starting out the old fashion way, working myself from the dish pit to the line and learning how to (link hidden)ars later I moved to the Tampa Bay area and worked on Anna Maria Island, Fl at the Sandbar under Chef Haracio for many years.
