For 25 years Sharise has been teaching, leading, and speaking into the lives of women in her community, her church, at conferences, on her job, in a parking lot or wherever she feels the tugging of her spirit. The interesting thing is that Sharise would tell you that she is an introvert and loves to go unnoticed sitting over in a corner somewhere. However, sparks ignite when she gets a microphone in her hand, a computer keyboard under her fingertips, or someone feeling defeated in her presence. Sharise uses her real life experiences to help women transform their pain and disappointments to power, realizing their individual uniqueness. Her mission is to coach women along the journey from dysfunction to destiny. She has a unique way of getting your attention and speaking to your heart!
Sharise is multi-gifted as she excels in leadership and is a passionate entrepreneur, it runs through her veins. Sharise has earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management and her Masters of Health Administration from University of Phoenix. Sharise has served in management for over 20 years in the health care industry ensuring that at-risk populations have access to health care benefits. She has successfully led operations teams of over 200 employees as they raised the bar in customer service while achieving company goals. One of Sharise's dominant attributes is her ability to build and transform under-performing teams into strongly engaged high-performing teams. Sharise has owned an event planning business, co-owned two restaurants, is the founder of Go Tell It Communications & Publishing, LLC, and the Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network, which hosts the Phenomenal Woman Conference, and has now authored two powerful inspirational books, with the new release of Whole Women Win, Unleashing the Winner from Within. It doesn't stop there, Sharise is also a licensed minister through the School of Leadership Development with Grace Commission International and a Licensed Missionary through the Church of the Living God, P.G. of T. She serves on the Ministerial staff at Family of Faith Christian Church.
