Flexible event formats

- Single message or guest preaching: Biblical teaching on an agreed topic or passage, with the speaking length confirmed for your event.
- Retreat: Multiple teaching sessions arranged around your retreat's theme and schedule.
- Your Marriage God's Way conference: Typically five messages over Friday evening and Saturday, with shorter formats possible by arrangement.

Longer bookings are divided into separate teaching sessions, rather than one continuous talk. Discussion breaks and a scheduled Q&A can be included; teaching sessions are primarily presentation-based.

Materials and planning

Conference handouts include lessons and discussion questions. We'll confirm the materials and printing arrangements in advance. Books and event promotion can also be discussed during planning.

Availability and travel

Available for speaking engagements throughout the United States, with at least one month's advance notice. Travel expenses and arrangements are agreed with the host before booking.

Scott LaPierre is the teaching pastor of Woodland Christian Church in Woodland, Washington, an author, and a Christian conference speaker. Scott holds an MA in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and previously served as a schoolteacher and Army officer. He and his wife, Katie, homeschool their children.

For conferences using handouts, please provide a printed copy for each attendee. We will confirm the handout and printing arrangements before the event. Please share your venue's microphone and sound setup, any projection equipment, and the event schedule so we can agree on the technical needs and arrival time in advance. Q&A, discussion breaks, and book-table arrangements should be included in the agreed schedule if requested.
