SBW Event Planning

I review all planning needs with my clients to ensure I have a thorough understanding of their expectations. From there, a budget and detailed schedule is created to hold me accountable to meet deadlines as well as to keep my clients informed on what stage their project should be at each point. I believe that the details are what makes for a great event so I respond to all client inquiries within a 24 hour period and I schedule several in person meetings to keep the planning process on track. If you have already started or completed most of the planning process on your own then I also offer services A La Carte (such as day of coordinating).

With over 5 years in the industry I have experience in event management, fashion and fashion PR as well as in the non-profit and private sector. Events I have worked on range from Annual Events, fundraising galas, conferences, runway shows and expos to private events such as weddings and parties. In addition, with years of experience in logistical planning, day of event coordinating, and consulting as well as providing administrative support I use my expertise to assist companies and individuals in creating a memorable and successful project event experience.
