Sarah created a beautiful backdrop to our special yoga event. She was able to improvise a meditative flow that perfectly complimented the movements and helped deepen the experience for everyone. Celloverton is the stage name of Sarah Overton — a New York City-based cellist, electric cellist, recording artist, composer, string arranger, and music contractor who doesn't believe the cello has a genre. A 2025 New Music USA Creative Fund Award winner, she has performed with Alicia Keys, Lalah Hathaway, and Asake, and brought the electric cello to stages from Carnegie Hall to Broadway's Hell's Kitchen.
