We first start by having a free phone consultation and review what the client needs are. A few examples of the services I provide are Directing vendors where to set up, lining up the wedding party, directing guests to designated areas, cueing DJ during ceremony/reception, maintaining timeline for all events during the reception, etc.

Although she started as a Wedding Officiant, Ilka found herself taking on the role of Wedding Coordinator at various weddings. Ilka took it upon herself to get the proper training & education to execute memorable events. Through hard work and determination, Ilka received her official Wedding Planning Certification through the nation's leading wedding planning program The Bridal Society.
