At Charlessia Designs, every experience begins with getting to know you, your style, and your vision. Once we determine we’re a great fit, we schedule an initial consultation to discuss your event in more detail.

After the consultation, a non-refundable retainer is required before a custom proposal is created. Once the retainer is received, we begin developing your design direction, proposal, and event details.

After your proposal is approved, we move into the design process with a venue walkthrough when needed, layout review, and continued planning. From there, you can trust us to take the lead.

We remain accessible throughout the process while managing the details, design decisions, production, installation, and final styling. Our goal is to provide a seamless, elevated, and stress-free experience from booking to breakdown—so you can enjoy your event without having to manage every detail.

Charlessia Designs began in 2019 after I styled my daughter’s 10th birthday party. What started as my first experience planning and designing an event quickly became something much bigger.

I entered the industry creating balloon décor for event planners and soon expanded into full event styling for celebrations of all kinds. With a natural love for creativity and a background in both performing and creative arts, I found the perfect space to bring my eye for design, storytelling, and unforgettable experiences together.

Today, Charlessia Designs is built on intentional design, creativity, and creating spaces that feel just as special as the moments being celebrated.

For all event design and balloon décor services, adequate setup and breakdown time must be provided by the venue.

Clients are responsible for confirming venue access, loading/unloading procedures, parking, elevator access, and any décor restrictions prior to the event.

Electrical access may be required for specialty lighting or installations. Final placement of décor is based on venue dimensions, layout, safety requirements, and approved design plans.

A venue walkthrough may be required for larger or more detailed installations.

Charlessia Designs provides all décor materials and installation equipment needed for the approved design. Client-provided décor or materials are not incorporated unless agreed upon in advance.

Minimum investments:
Balloon Décor: $1,500+
Full Event Design: $5,000+
