July 21, 2024He knows the songs and looks like he practiced but we talked earlier to bring the song amplifier and he didn't bring and left 30 minutes before the contract time

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the performance didn’t meet your expectations. I had the amplifier with me but chose not to use it due to the residential setting. In hindsight, using it, especially for the vocals, would have been the better choice.
As for the timing, I believed I ended at the correct time, but it seems that I mis-remembered the timing specified, and I unintentionally ended 30 minutes early. I apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this may have caused.
