Born in the hills of Eastern Kentucky and honed in Austin, Texas, Alternative Country band Rye Mountain Revelry's "Cosmic Appalachian" sound seamlessly weaves traditional Bluegrass and Country with Psychedelic vibes, Jamband sensibilities, and Punk Rock intensity. Dubbed an "Appalachian Fleetwood Mac" by The Deli Magazine, tight harmonies, driving rhythms, raw fiddle, and punchy guitar are the center of Rye Mountain Revelry's aural aesthetic.
Rye Mountain Revelry performs regularly in and around Austin and the Hill Country, in venues like Luckenbach, Gruene Hall, Coupland Dancehall and more.
