I love speaking. It is my passion...it energizes me and makes me feel fulfilled knowing that I have helped people get inspired and become better leaders. My path in life has been interesting. I grew up in Baltimore and overcame all odds and adversity to become a Navy Veteran and Fortune 500 senior leader. I have owned businesses, served on boards, and achieved great success in my career, but nothing makes me feel more alive than talking to a crowd about things I'm passionate about: leadership, the importance of standards and continuous improvement, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in business and in life.
