With 20 + years of leadership experience across a variety of industries, I use humor, storytelling, and my own struggles to help new and developing leaders avoid the pitfalls and obstacles they may face. Covering topics such as authenticity, vulnerability, emotional intelligence, imposter syndrome, and resiliency, I provide simple steps to help professionals get ahead. I combine experience in entrepreneurship, management, and leadership, with my education in Business Management, Psychology, Human Development Counseling and Human Service Administration to my personalized approach. In addition, I have certifications in Prosci's ADKAR Organizational Change Management, SCRUM, The Five Behaviors, Everything DiSC, Professional Coaching, Alcohol and Drug Counseling, and Mindfulness Practice which all inform my unique approach to organizational and individual healing.

In the past ten years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from large academic institutions, individual medical students, and solo entrepreneurs to company executives. In each case, I use my empathic and relational style to instill confidence and inspire growth in everyone.
