Option #2 - Live Band Karaoke! We provide clients with a true rock star experience! Clients are able to sign up to sing based on our song list, which includes over 150 of the most popular Karaoke songs available. Singers take the stage and their friends cheer them on!
We provide the sound system, and will customize the performance for your event. In addition, we can provide an optional light show that is synchronized to the music. By the end of the night, it's a huge party!

August 29, 2021Rock X Band made my backyard 40th birthday party really special. They played all the songs I wanted, sounded great, and had fantastic energy. They had a really good balance of them singing, and backing the guests on karaoke, based on what I wanted. My guests keep telling me how great they were and how much fun they made the night. Though the crowd was small, they all had a great time dancing to the tunes of the Rock X Band, the female vocalist is top notch, great voice and is very talented. With wedding planning, there are so many things to worry about but the music was not one. They helped put together a set that kept the event moving forward and had everybody on the dance floor the whole night! I highly recommend RockX Band for any event!

June 9, 2017Rock X Band played predominantly 80's music for my Marine Corps Retirement Party at the A. Smith Bowman Distillery in Fredericksburg. They actually rocked the house. Many of my friends grew up in the 80's, so there were lots of guests singing Karaoke with the band. Everyone in the band was very accommodating to our needs with play requests, encouragement to sing, and announcements. I highly recommend Rock X Band to anyone who wants to throw a great singing and dance party. Thanks to Chris and the others for making my party an epic event!

We are a band dedicated to the people we are playing for. It's not about us, it is about giving the guest the thrill of singing to their friends in a theatrical environment meant to mimic the feel of a real rock band stage. Whether it is the best man belting out a version of "Enter Sandman" or the corporate accountant lady working the stage to "Shake It Off", we are there to make the guest singer feel like a rock star. Rock X is short for Rock Star Experience. Everyone has a fantasy of being the center of attention on a stage with the crowd cheering them on. We provide that fantasy. It is more fun than you could ever imagine. Our unique twist on a cover band has been a hit at corporate events, weddings, college frat houses, bars, etc.
Please don’t call us Karaoke! OK, so maybe that’s a little far, but we come from a mindset that thinks Karaoke can be pretty lame. Imagine a lone microphone in the corner of a bar with a boring computer screen, cheesy music tracks that you can barely hear and a room full of people probably not paying much attention. That’s not us!
As musicians, we recognize the fun and excitement of playing and interacting with other musicians – it’s hard to beat the rush of playing in a live band! The Rockstar Experience Live band is dedicated to making that experience available to you, with live musicians playing your favorite songs in a concert setting while you front the band with your vocals and bask in the light show!
We’re all about providing a fun experience that you can share with family and friends, and you don’t have to be a professional singer to join the fun. Our shows are a very fun and open environment – we love having people of all ages and skill levels come and sing with us. We have a screen to help you with the lyrics and our band will jump in and sing along to help out if you need – that’s what real bands do! If you like, we can even offer recordings of your performance so you can show your friends how you nailed it, or work it up so you can come back again and sing it even better the next time.
