Additional booking notes

For Small to Medium-Sized Venues:

No sound system or staging is required; the chorus will perform standing on the floor.

For Large Venues with a Stage:

We do not have a sound system; so the client would be responsible for providing the sound system in large venues.

A stage or platform capable of accommodating three sections of choral risers is preferred. Our members will manage the setup and breakdown of the risers.

For optimal performance, an open stage space of approximately 7’ x 16’ is required to position three risers. If using two or three risers, a minimum of 6’ x 12’ of open stage area is sufficient. Performing without risers is possible, but having them greatly enhances the presentation in larger venues.

For All Venues:

A quiet, confined space for chorus members to warm up approximately one hour before the performance is essential.

We prefer a space away from crowds to allow for focused warm-up. If the space can be secured to store personal belongings, please advise. Otherwise, members will be informed to secure belongings elsewhere.
