My journey began over a decade ago with yoga, initially just to stay in shape—but it soon became a gateway into movement and discipline. I’d always admired ballet and gymnastics but let fears about age and ability hold me back. Years of yoga gave me the body awareness to finally challenge those beliefs.

When I took my first pole class, I was captivated. The tricks became the gymnastics I’d dreamed of, and heels felt like the pointe shoes of the pole world. This art form blended strength, elegance, and creativity in a way that just made sense to me.

Now, I teach, perform, and share this passion with others—whether it’s guiding students in their journey or using performance to elevate shared experiences and connect through movement. I’m continually building community across studios and cities, and while I teach, I remain a student—forever evolving through this incredible art.
