Ready Set Music Bingo

A music bingo round that's part trivia, part nostalgia trip, and fully built for engagement. Your guests get bingo cards loaded with songs instead of numbers, and as our host plays each track, they mark off matches and race to fill a pattern. No musical knowledge required. Just the ability to recognize a chorus.
For corporate and private events, we run sessions from 1 to 2 hours and scale comfortably from 25 to 500+ guests, so the format flexes to fit your event rather than the other way around. Longer sessions include multiple prize rounds spread across the evening to keep the energy building. Your host runs the room, keeps the pace up, and manages all prize logistics, so you can focus on your guests instead of running a game.
Expect a mix of song eras and genres tailored to your crowd, a variety of winning patterns to keep things unpredictable, and a format that gets even reluctant participants singing along by round two. We bring all the equipment and music; you just need a space and an audience.
On the compliance side, we carry liability insurance through the CDJC and are fully licensed for music use through SOCAN and Re:Sound via Entandem, so there's no licensing exposure on your end.

Ready Set Music Bingo delivers professionally hosted music bingo for corporate events, team celebrations, and private functions across Waterloo Region and Southern Ontario.
