Randy reached out ahead of our staff event to learn more about our goals and expectations. On the day of the event, he arrived early to prepare and get organized. His strong, clear delivery kept the audience attentive and focused. His coaching-based examples translated seamlessly to our workplace environment. He provided many takeaways for us to ponder and act upon. After his presentation, he stayed to sign books and speak individually with staff. Overall, we had a great experience with RB.

Bio—Randy Brown
Randy Brown is an international author, speaker, mentor and networking coach. Randy is considered a national expert on the topics of adversity, networking, and team building. His experience spans over 30 years of sharing life-changing messages to hundreds of audiences. His popular presentations on the truth of networking, communication and team building lean on his college basketball coaching career and life experiences.
For nearly 20 years Randy Brown has worked with the country's finest coaches, including Basketball Hall of Famer, Lute Olson. His NCAA Division I experience includes championships at the University of Arizona, Miami of Ohio, and Iowa State University. He coaches 12 NBA players including current USA Olympic and Golden State Warriors coach, Steve Kerr.
Randy covers the globe to teach basketball, resilience, and the optimal pursuit of one’s best and most successful life. He is a native and current resident of Fort Dodge, Iowa.
