We are a Boston-based duet of violin and fingerstyle guitar-- suitable for events in need of a soothing, enjoyable atmosphere. Our specialty includes providing acoustic arrangements of classic tunes such as Motown and the Beatles, in addition to modern favorites.

Quiet Ivy is made up of fingerstyle guitarist Eliza Kiy and violinist Niah Harmon. They are both pursuing their undergraduate education at Berklee College of music. Eliza Kiy is a graduate of Idylwild Arts Academy, and Niah Harmon is a graduate of Alabama School of Fine Arts. Both started their musical journeys at a young age and have extensive performance experience-- playing everywhere from weddings, birthdays, and cafes to jazz festivals.
This duet sounds best in a more intimate atmosphere, and will require amplification if placed in a louder space. If the space does not have a sound system, the musicians can provide their own (up to a certain volume,) but there must be an electrical outlet nearby. In order to protect the instruments, covering must be provided during outside performances if the weather is unsatisfactory.
