In my opinion, there are five essential qualities that all public speakers need in order to  strengthen and reinforce a consequential impact on their audiences.  The first quality is confidence.  A confident speaker is accurate, competent, credible, intelligent, knowledgeable, and likable.
The second quality is passion. A great public speaker must have a passion for speaking.  When you are passionate about something, you are enthusiastic and eager to perform it.
