August 5, 2025I threw a surprise party for my wife’s birthday and knew that I wanted to hire a bartender to make an impression. I must have contacted about 7-8 different companies to get quotes. I chose to go with P&R Bartending because of his attention to detail and his offer to do the shopping for all the necessary items. During the party, he may as well have been a member of the family! He was very personable and engaging and jumped in to help in any way he could. Everyone (and I literally mean EVERYONE) at the party just raved about how great he was! He made sure everyone had a drink, picked up empty cups (which was rare because he made sure everyone had a refill), and made sure that we all drank water as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better guy for our party and I will make sure to hire him again in the future. Thank you!!!

He even came from behind the bar a few times to pass out shots and specialty cocktails. Incredibly knowledgeable. He was perfect for our event, and everyone loved having him.

January 10, 2025Roger was a blessing. Our event was with some of our most important high-net-worth partners and investors. Roger was so easy to work with and several guests went out of their way to let us know how fantastic he was. Glasses were never empty, folks were kept hydrated, and he was part of the team, paying attention to details and adding such value to the experience. If you want to book an aspect of your event and not have to worry about it at all, hire Roger. We'll be trying to book Roger for our events from here on out!

I am a professional bartender serving the West Coast by way of New York City.
I started serving drinks at street festivals when I was 14 years old (non-alcoholic, of course). Subsequently, I've been serving & organizing parties since the late 90's.
Since moving to Las Vegas, I started Professional & Reliable Bartending, LLC and have provided services for hundreds of events in Nevada, Arizona, and California.
I believe bartending is about much more than just mixing and serving drinks. Guests will remember their experience with the bartender, so it is important to choose someone whose personality matches the experience you wish to create.
