What to Expect

The Private Pour lets you choose the level of bar service that fits your event. Options range from bartender-only service, to a bartender with our mobile bar and select mixers, beer & wine service, or our full cocktail experience.

For full cocktail service, we bring the professional bar setup, tools, high-quality cocktail ice, fresh mixers, garnishes, and your choice of disposable or actual glassware. You provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest.

Guests can choose from six styles of classic cocktails, prepared with proper technique, fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and the attention to detail of a quality Las Vegas cocktail bar.

Whichever service you choose, expect professional setup, efficient service, and genuine guest interaction. Our goal is to make the bar an experience, not just a place to get a drink.

I’m Dakota Granados, founder and lead bartender of The Private Pour. I’ve spent more than 12 years behind the bar, with experience spanning New York City and Las Vegas and training alongside bartenders from respected programs including Union Square Hospitality Group, Raines Law Room, and The NoMad.

I currently bartend at Nocturno in Las Vegas, a technique-driven cocktail bar focused on the classics and the craft behind them. I was also named a Top 30 U.S. bartender in Diageo World Class, one of the industry’s leading bartending competitions.

I created The Private Pour to bring that same level of cocktail quality and hospitality beyond the walls of a cocktail bar and directly to your event. My approach is rooted in classic cocktails, fresh ingredients, proper technique, thoughtful presentation, and, most importantly, genuine hospitality.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, wedding, corporate gathering, or celebration, our goal is simple: bring high-quality Las Vegas cocktails to you and make your event feel like it has its own private cocktail bar.

To make setup and service as smooth as possible, we ask clients to provide a simple overview of the event space before the event. This doesn’t need to be a formal floor plan. Photos, videos, or a basic description are perfect.

Please include information about where you’d like the bar positioned, how much space is available for our bartender(s), and the load-in and load-out process, including parking, elevators, stairs, venue access, or any other restrictions.

We’ll also need to know how much setup time is available before the event and how much breakdown time is allowed afterward.

For venues with specific vendor requirements, loading docks, certificates of insurance, security procedures, or access windows, please let us know in advance.

Our goal is to understand the space before we arrive so we can plan accordingly, arrive prepared, and have the bar ready when your first guest needs a drink.
