December 19, 2022Wait staff was late 20 minutes which inadvertently caused the event to have a late start. That was time taken away from the 3 hr event. One of the staff was not adequately trained. Both wait staff hair was too long and getting in the way while serving the food. Recommend hair covering and gloves for wait staff.

Hi Gloria, I’m sorry you were less than satisfied with our service. The servers had mentioned they arrived on-time but were locked out of the facility. I apologize my team didn’t contact you first. They also mentioned that it was not a self buffet and the servers carried out all of your requests and left with you telling them they did a “good job”. Thank you for your feedback. Going forward, we will be more thorough with our pricing for clients needs.

Speaking to them before about the different packages was so clear and easy, when we chatted about what kind of drinks we wanted it was such a comfortable conversation, and then when her team arrived it was like we had friends helping serve us alcohol. They were a key feature in making the night a success. During our conversation about what to serve, I mentioned that my husband loves Whistle Pig and she went out of her way to get a bottle for him to have that night. They truly provided and wonderful and personal experience that we will never forget. I highly recommend, if we ever have another fun celebration they will definitely be a part of it!

Unfortunately, we do not provide uplighting. Therefore, the bar will need to be set up in a well lit area for evening events.
We are a bartending service and we typically make Old Fashions, Negronis, Manhattans, Bee's Knees, French 75's, Martinis, Margaritas, Palomas, Mai Tai's, Pina Coladas, Mojitos, and Saturns.
