Notes and technical info:
Space Requirements:
We need approximately 6-8 feet of table/counter space or room to set up our portable bar. Indoor or covered outdoor spaces work best, but we can adapt to most setups. Just need a relatively flat surface and enough room for guests to approach the bar comfortably.
Electrical:
No electrical outlets required for standard bar service. We're completely self-contained. (If you want us to bring a blender for frozen drinks, then yes, we'll need a standard outlet nearby.)
Setup & Breakdown:
We arrive 1 hour before service begins to set up and typically need 30-60 minutes after service ends for breakdown. Translation: you won't see us scrambling, and we'll be gone before you realize we were even cleaning up.
Access:
Standard door access to the venue/home is all we need. If there are stairs, tight hallways, or a delivery entrance we should know about, just give us a heads up. We've navigated everything from narrow boat docks to third-floor walk-ups—we'll make it work.
What We Bring:
Literally everything except the alcohol: portable bar, coolers, ice, glassware, garnishes, bar tools, napkins, straws, and all equipment. You provide the booze (and the guest list), we provide everything else.
Parking:
We'll need parking access for loading/unloading equipment. A driveway spot or close street parking works perfectly.
Alcohol Provision:
You're responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol and mixers. We'll send you a detailed shopping list after booking so you know exactly what to buy—no guessing, no over-buying.
Liability Insurance:
We carry general liability insurance for all events at no extra cost to you. Many venues require this, and we've got you covered.
