Hi, I’m Chef Andre. Owner of Prime Plates. I am a personal chef & caterer based in Tampa specializing in bold, flavor-forward cuisine with Latin, Southern, Italian, Asian & globally inspired influences. I focus on creating memorable dining experiences. From intimate plated dinners and meal prep solutions to corporate luncheons, holiday events, weddings, quinceañeras and concession-style celebrations.
My clients love that I cook completely fresh on-site, customize menus to every event, and handle everything from setup to cleanup so they can actually enjoy their own party. I’m ServSafe certified, fully insured, and known for bringing restaurant-level presentation and flavor to any event.

Met chef andre at my cousins wedding and the food was absolutely delicious! We loved the little taco station they had at the end of the wedding too nice touch

I was a guest at a recent wedding catered by Chef Andre, and the food was outstanding from start to finish. Every course felt carefully crafted and thoughtful dietary accommodations (even the vegan and gluten-free plates looked like the stars of the menu). Service was smooth and perfectly timed no guest left waiting. Very delicious!!

Went to my friend’s quinceañera and the food by Chef André was insanely good. Everything tasted super fresh. I went back for seconds. You could tell he puts a lot of care into every dish. Definitely recommend Chef André for any event!

My coverage is accepted by professional event venues across Florida and meets or exceeds standard requirements.
